My room, a Double or Twin Room, was clean. The location is quite convenient to the orangutan and sun bear sanctuaries (about a 5-minute walk).

The organization of activities could be better. I was told one price for the fireflies tour (380 MYR), but the driver requested a higher price (390 MYR).
